Yes, there is ample parking including disabled places.

Flag Fen is open all year round, with seasonal opening hours.

Spring / Summer Flag Fen is open 10am – 4pm (last admission at 3.15pm), Wednesday - Sunday.

Autumn / Winter Flag Fen is open 10am - 4pm (last admission at 3.15pm), Friday - Sunday

Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs to Flag Fen Archaeology Park*. To help keep our site safe, clean and enjoyable for all visitors and wildlife, we kindly ask:

• Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times.
• Owners must clean up after their dogs and place waste in the designated bins provided.
• Dogs must not be left unattended at any time.
• Some areas of the site are dog-free zones. Please follow the signage around the park, which clearly indicates these areas.
  

*Except for specific event days. Eg. The Viking Festival, only guide dogs can accompany their human companions.

The site is partially accessible for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and pushchairs. There is an accessible route from the Visitor Centre, to the Causeway Preservation Hall and Conservation Barn. The mere walk may not be suitable for buggies and wheelchairs in wet weather as it is a combination or grass and wood chip path surface.

Yes, you can take photographs at our heritage sites, however they must be for your own personal use. Commercial photography may incur a charge - please contact us for more details. Please abide by any restrictions signposted at our sites during your visit, as some artefacts and exhibitions are not able to be photographed.
