Come for the crafts, stay for the day!

Join local illustrator and children’s author Ellie Sandall from Artivity, for our monthly Creative Kids sessions, where each month brings a brand-new theme to spark imagination and hands-on creativity.

£15 per child
Includes one accompanying adult and entry to Flag Fen Archaeology Park - make a full day of it!

Session times: 10.30am - 12noon

Monthly themes

Roar-some Dinosaurs

Sat 25 April

Enjoy a fun-filled, creative session where you’ll make not one but two exciting creations – your own collaged cardboard dinosaur sculpture and a pair of dino-feet to stomp off on an adventure!

Stone Pets

Sat 30 May

Create your very own pebble pet and design a cosy matchbox home for it to live in – two charming crafts to take home in one great-value session!

Price

£15.00

Per child (Includes one accompnaying adult)

Additional adults are welcome to explore the site (standard admission fees apply) or relax in the café while the workshop takes place.

About Ellie Sandall

Creative Kids workshops are led by Ellie Sandall, a children’s author, illustrator and experienced art teacher. With a BA in Graphic Design from Bath Spa University and an MA in Children’s Book Illustration from Cambridge School of Art, Ellie brings both professional expertise and a passion for creativity. She spent seven years as an artist in residence in Peterborough primary schools before launching her own art business in 2016, and now combines teaching with writing and illustrating children’s books.
